KPC x LPT Day 10 Recap – King Poker Cup Takes Over at LES A Casino

KPC x LPT Series 2026

As the KPC x LPT Series 2026 entered its final stretch, Day 10 at LES A Casino once again delivered a full slate of results.

  • The King’s Debut Opener completed its final starting flight.

  • Both the Challenger Event and the Closer successfully crowned their champions.

On this day, more winners were added to the list, making an already packed series schedule even more exciting and action-packed.

The final starting flight of the King’s Debut Opener, Day 1C, concluded successfully after more than fifteen levels of play. The tournament floor was buzzing all day as players made their final push to secure a seat in Day 2.

Day 1C drew 148 entries, with 23 players successfully bagging chips. Across all three starting flights, the total turnout reached 362 entries, leaving 54 players advancing to Day 2.

Vietnam’s Khoa Anh Ngo dominated the day with 4,675,000 chips, finishing in spectacular fashion. In the final hand, he hit back-to-back runner-runner straights to eliminate the last two opponents, perfectly illustrating his late-stage surge.

China’s Xiaotong Yu followed closely with 3,050,000 chips, while Yang Zhang rounded out the top three with 2,840,000 chips.

Other notable players advancing include Mike Takayama (2,600,000), Nang Quang Nguyen (2,560,000), and Abraham Ceesvin (1,610,000), adding both skill and experience to the Day 2 lineup.

The bubble stage delivered its own drama. Jun Li from the UK shoved all-in with pocket aces, only to be cracked by Ngo’s 10-9, who hit another runner-runner straight, making Li the last player eliminated of the day.

With all three starting flights complete, Day 2 will see 54 players return, led by Ngo, fresh off his recent High Roller victory earlier in the series, promising another round of intense competition.

Challenger Event Crowns a Champion

The Challenger Event drew 487 entries across three starting flights, generating a net prize pool of KRW 841,540,000, and ultimately crowned its champion.

  • Vietnam’s Nguyen Phuong Ngoc emerged victorious at a deep and highly competitive final table, taking home KRW 158,000,000 in first-place prize money.

  • China’s Dong Ping finished as runner-up, earning KRW 104,400,000.

  • Wong Chun Lung claimed third place with KRW 77,200,000.

The final table featured a strong lineup, with both regional regulars and international players, showcasing the depth and competitiveness of the event from start to finish.

Closer Event – Monster Stack Concludes
