In the final heads-up match, which lasted only eight hands, Bohong Yu emerged victorious to claim the title of RDPT Jeju Champion and his career-best payout of ₩337,200,000 (~US$245,700).

Bohong Yu Battles Through the Field to Capture the Red Dragon Championship
Hailing from Beijing, Bohong Yu works as a stock and cryptocurrency trader and only began playing poker five years ago. Even today, he treats poker as a casual hobby and recreational pursuit — a carefree mindset that turned out to be one of his biggest strengths in the tournament.
Yu qualified for Day 2 through the final Day 1E Turbo flight, surviving a crucial all-in on the flop to advance with roughly 20 big blinds.

Day 2 lasted over three hours before the field shrank from 237 players down to 139, marking the money bubble burst — with Dajie Zhuo eliminated as the unfortunate bubble player.
Once in the money, Yu began building momentum and chips, climbing into the top 20.
By the end of the day, just 39 players advanced to Day 3, and Yu sat near the bottom of the counts with 17 big blinds remaining.

As the event progressed, the last four Vietnamese players were eliminated — the final one, Trung Quan Nguyen, bowing out in 11th place, setting up an intense final table bubble that lasted nearly three hours.
During that stretch, Yu seized the momentum, amassing a dominant chip lead by the time Wenhao Ying exited in 10th place, finalizing the official nine-handed final table.

The final table proved both intense and brief, lasting only 62 hands in total.
At the start, Yuefeng Pan controlled much of the action, while Yu remained patient and composed.
By Hand #20, only four players remained. In a pivotal moment, Yu called Pan’s four-bet jam, held strong, and doubled through to seize the chip lead.
Yu went on to eliminate Peng Zhou (4th) and Yuefeng Pan (3rd) in succession, entering heads-up play against Haitao Huang with a commanding 5-to-1 chip advantage — 93 big blinds vs. 25.
